BLACK LIVES MATTER
We stand in full solidarity to the Black Lives Matter movement. As a human rights foundation, we condemn the targeted and systematic abuse and murders of Black People. Our support for this movement goes beyond police brutality. Black lives have to matter in terms of housing, schooling, infrastructure, banking, economy, health, etc. We are committed to support this movement with respect to Black people in the USA and all over the world.

OCTOBER 2018 NEPAL HUMANITARIAN CAMPAIGN
Humans Of Our World has partnered with Hollywood Insider for the October 2018 “Don’t forget Nepal’s Victims” Humanitarian Campaign to help the forgotten victims of the earthquake in Nepal. We will be providing medical welfare, relief and assistance to 3 villages that have yet to receive major help. Donate now by clicking on the link, 100% of donations goes directly to victims. This campaign also includes distribution of clothes, and other necessities along with anti-trafficking training camps to protect from human traffickers that have targeted these villages in the past.

REBUILDING VILLAGES
We give 100% of donations to the cause. We have achieved great success in rebuilding dilapidated villages, be it in Nepal, Italy, Philippines, Haiti, Ghana, India, Greece, etc. We focus on villages. After a major disaster, there are three stages: Immediate relief – shelter, food, medical/psychological care. Short term – rebuilding homes, schools, infrastructure. Long-term – improving conditions in the village by helping boost economy, tourism and education.

DISASTER RELIEF
The most important point to remember: Immediate relief can only be provided by directly helping the victims in those countries. This strategy is for the world outside of those countries to unite to help the locals in affected countries help the victims. We are against sending relief materials, money donations and other initiatives to the government, or to “charity’ organizations that keep 97% of donations for administrative costs. Instead, Humans Of Our World utilizes trusted individuals, trusted non-profit organizations and voluntary organizations on the ground to help the victims in need.

SPEAK UP EDITION
Silence means you are on the side of the oppressor. Humans Of Our World in collaboration with Hollywood Insider, have started a movement, with the sole purpose of inviting the public and civilian population of countries to Speak Up and on issues that matter to them the most. Be it local, national, international/global issues. Speak Up about the injustice in the world, unite and make change happen.

REBRAND AFRICA EDITION
Africa is beautiful. Africa is more than just it’s over-publicized and foreign-abused poverty, Africa is more than just a charity-marketing opportunity. Africa is also it’s beauty, booming economy, skyscrapers, rich history and able bodied people that are fully capable of helping themselves.

EDUCATION REFORM EDITION
Reform education systems all over the world. Include education of lifelong instruments such as mortgages, taxes, loans, insurances and so forth as part of the school curriculum from an early age starting at middle school. Include education of compassion on schools’ daily curriculum all over the world, everyday for a 32 minute class. This class will focus on all spectrums of compassion, including storytelling, activities, programs. This also includes weekly field programs.

HEALTHCARE EDITION
Focus on a well-rounded cure as well as prevention for diseases such as Cancer, Stroke, etc along with focus on alternative methods: Sound healing, light healing, meditation healing, etc. Petition for a seamless interactive research being done in various countries to collaborated to find the cure and promote it at the earliest. Thus erasing the need to do individual separated research based on competition and focus on collaboration instead. Medical, financial, psychological assistance to patients as well as their families.

ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT EDITION
Advocacy programmes and campaigning for safer working environment for employees and stringent rules to make sure sexual harassment/abuse is fully stopped. Our campaigns have resulted in multiple corporations changing their regulations and sexual harassment/abuse cases in each company was reduced by 95%. Currently campaigning to provide preventative measures in religious institutions and schools.

MARRIAGE EQUALITY EDITION
Aim to campaign for marriage equality to be provided to all sexualities. Regardless of sexuality, two consenting individuals who are in a committed monogamous relationship must have the freedom to marry if they choose to do so as that is their step towards being a family. Educate mass population to provide support, acceptance and respect to all as love is love.

These are the rules and responsibilities of/for the Humans Of Our World Team and our representatives. Whether you are on one of our missions, meetings, charters, or anywhere, while representing Humans of our World, please remember to adhere to these simple rules and responsibilities. To most it is common sense, but we all know how valuable and rare common sense is these days.

While helping at areas where people need help, do not barter the help you can provide, do not tell needy people that the only way you will help them is if they convert to your political beliefs, your religious beliefs, your cult, your sports teams, your favorite brand of clothing, quite frankly your insanity.

Please do not be rude, disrespectful or inconsiderate.

Please do not champion your personal religion, country or political beliefs. In your personal life it is up to you, but while at any place representing Humans Of Our World, our duty is to represent humanity, and humanity is without segregations.

If there are multiple volunteer teams at a disaster zone, then remember to assess the situation and do the best you can do. If there are other organizations there, and if they are better than you, then let them handle it The goal is to save humanity, not compete to prove ourselves.

Also while at disaster zones, remember to put your phones away; your first goal is to help people, not take photos of yourself helping people. Remember to use kindness as your first tool.

Remember media is a powerful tool, but only if used in the right away. Media is not there to sensationalize and sell a story to increase viewership; media is there to tell the story as it is, while trying to get help for the ones that are in focus of the story.

BECOME A VOLUNTEER OR A REPRESENTATIVE

There is no limit to the ways in which you can initiate, ways in which you can make a difference, let us know a little about how you want to help, even letting us know of a cause you may be involved in or interested in raising awareness for can do wonders!
